How do I return an item?

To get an exchange or a refund, your return request must be made by logging into your account. List your orders, click on "Return a product" on the order concerned.


After submitting your request to our after sales department, you will be given a return authorization number and a label to print and affix to your package.

The return number must be clearly marked on the package.

Any shipment without a return authorization number will be refused by our logistics department, the package would then be sent back to the client at his expense.


All after sales dossiers are dealt with in the order in which they arrive and within 30 days of the date of reception.
