Payment and shipment

There are three ways of paying us.

By credit card

We accept payment through our partner CIC secure site. At no moment is your credit card number made available to us. It is the fastest way to pay. If a product is available and paid for by credit card before 4 PM, it will be dispatched the same days for a delivery within 2 working days.

Your credit card will not be charged until AboutBatteries.com is ready to dispatch your order.

We accept the following credit cards:

In case of a refund, the account linked to the credit card which was used for the payment will be credited.

By check

In order to pay by check, please write on the back of the check the order number which was given to you when you placed your order on our site www.aboutbatteries.com

We can only accept checks made out in euros coming from a bank based in France.

If a product is available, it will be dispatched as soon as we have received your check.

By bank transfer

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, when putting it through you must quote the order number which was given to you when you placed your order on our site www.aboutbatteries.com

You will find all our bank details once your order is completed. These details will also be sent to you by e-mail.

Delivery

AboutBatteries.com ships in the entire euro zone.

Individual customers are delivered by La Poste, using Lettre Max, Colissimo Suivi or Chronoposte between 9 AM and 5 PM. Depending on which method was chosen, and if the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a transit advice note will be dropped off enabling the customer to pick his order up at La Poste.

The day the order is dispatched, an e-mail is sent to the customer with the follow-up number.
